Unsafe living experience. They hardly have security so cars get broken into and people have been let in repeatedly because there’s no proper supervision for the elders who live here. After bringing complaints to the office, they do not take proper action to keep their residents safe.

Management changed since I toured the building and put my name on the waiting list. The previous person kindly answered questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. When I got to the top of the waiting list and came to look at the apartment being offered, I felt extremely rushed. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and was told that I needed to make a decision before the 11:00 appointment, when another person from the waiting list would be shown the same apartment, and the management person would be going home at noon, and she wanted to do the paperwork before she left.<br><br>During my career, I moved often, and I’ve always had at least one night to make a decision. The apartment was far from move-in ready, so rushing didn’t seem necessary. I viewed the apartment on September 29, and this apartment is unlikely to be ready before a November 1st move-in date.<br><br>Regardless of how I was treated when viewing the apartment, I couldn’t have considered taking it because I have 2 cats, and only 1 pet is allowed. As of the date of this review (October 2, 2025), Fedor Manor’s pet policy isn’t on their website, and I recently got a 2nd cat. Knowing that I was near the top of their waiting list, I wouldn’t have gotten my 2nd cat less than 2 months ago had I known the pet policy, but in my previous apartments I’ve been allowed to have two cats. I easily could re-home my new cat, because a neighbor wants her and she hasn’t fully adjusted to my other cat, but I had no time to think about my options.<br><br>Also, maintenance isn’t allowed to do personal repairs such as hanging pictures. It’s against Fedor Manor’s regulations. As an older person, getting help is important to me. I tip generously. I don’t expect free help. From my many previous experiences, maintenance could help tenants, sometimes only after their work hours, but they could help.<br><br>I’m giving 2 stars (40%) and not 1 star because the building is clean, and from my tour with the previous management person, the apartments are cozy with good layouts. However, this management person didn't know if the damaged screens would be replaced. Would I be responsible for finding someone? If a lightbulb on the ceiling goes out, do I stand on a ladder or find an external repairperson? The current management person isn't approachable.<br><br>NOTE: If you read my other Google reviews, this review is my only negative review. I typically keep the bad to myself.
