Notorious Nance
Jun 2026
After 3 months and maybe 5 visits compared to the 20 plus cancelations I’m not impressed. Revised- even now after attempting to sugar coat the problems and make it appear as though this is common initial placement hurdles the bottom line of the is avoided…. This is an extremely poorly organized company who appears to have no idea how to schedule or preform background checks on employees. I’m not even going into detail the over the sexual harassment dabbled in by a male employee who is still employed there. But when you lie and bamboozel prospective clients they need to know what they are potentially getting them selves into. It isn’t as simple as we are trying to find the best fit, they either lack in staff or have poor quality scheduling dpt. For over 5 months i had the same same schedule and couldn’t even get floating care provider let alone consistent personalized care. I’m sorry I’ve just never been so frustrated by a company who is suppose to provide support in the time of need which I thoroughly feel was done, I have had solidified and put a plan into place (5) months before it was needed. To save the energy that would be needed for comfort and care. 5 months is adequate time to find a provider to work the hours allotted and confirm that the fit is good.
