Family Care is the best agency I have the privilege to work for. I have been here a year in February. So 11 months. I am so please to work with they are friendly in the office and I really feel they listen to my client and me. And are willing to work with me. It is a great pleasure to work with the company and representing the company. I love my job and treat my clients like there family because one day it could be me or my family.

Family care home health could care less if they have coverage for their clients! A paraplegic has been left alone, multiple times, with no one to put him in bed.

Family care is their for you , family care will take care of you and support you and treat you with nothing but respect! 24hr care if you need help and always someone available... I have been with this company from the start & left after to much abuse & lies, office staff changes, losing great employees due to there lack of management & morale. They have no training for any caregiver & send them out to sit out on you couch & live on there phone which is fine within the company. Most don’t understand basic home health care nor even know how to cook. My 1 caregiver on her 2nd day of work bought me medical marijuana candy, I gave it back cause I really thought it was inappropriate. Most didn’t know the job & were fill ins which were unhealthy to me with my health but I was just again hours to fill & they don’t care about clients & never did. I believed in this goals but sadly they will never be the company to reach there goals. I have went down hill so bad since going back that I left. I have all dr documentation, test & much more to prove my facts. Family care only cares about themselves.
