I have been a resident at Williamsport North for 8 months and I love it here! I love the activities and the Halloween event that we had for all of the Trick or Treaters. The staff at Williamsport North go above and beyond to make our home a fun and enjoyable environment. The staff are all wonderful including the agency workers (Brandon and Kaitlin are caring and friendly). I highly recommend Williamsport North as a Skilled Nursing Facility.

OMG! I visit numerous long term care facilities in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. When I first walked in at Williamsport North, I felt a very friendly vibe starting from the reception area. I was in awe to see staff smiling,very courteous, took time to say “hi/hello/can I help you?” As I was walking by the residents area, I observed nurses and CNAs attending to residents needs and treating them like family. This is the kind of nursing home/staff that I would entrust my loved ones to care for. Shout out to Bobbi-Jo and team. You’re doing an excellent job!

Williamsport North is the best facilities in Williamsport, PA. The staff are wonderful and so caring. The staff are always available to help with any problems are issues you are having and help with your care. I highly recommend Williamsport North if you need a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Covid is still around and there is a mask policy. My husband gets phone calls, as well as everyone else that has a family member in there, talking about people with Covid. Maybe the staff should start wearing their masks? Some of the residents are elderly or have weakened immune systems so PROTECT THEM by PROTECTING YOURSELVES! I understand times are rough, however, there’s no need to give attitude to your co-workers!

Bobbi-jo was so pleasant to work with. The whole admission process was smooth! Christa was a god sent and worked well with my PC home to transition care for a resident!! The nurses and I communicated and made sure the transition was easy for the family and resident!!!
