When our family realized we could no longer care for our brother with an intellectual disability along with declining health issues at home, finding a care facility in this area to accept an individual with his conditions was challenging. Williamsport South accepted him with open arms. The staff there is very caring, supportive and professional. From the admissions, physical & occupational therapists, nurses, CNA’s, PA’s to the dietary and activity directors. He was given the best care and treated with dignity and respect up until his passing. I would recommend this care facility to any family for thier loved one’s care.

The family at Williamsport South cares for my *great grandmother* and I could not ask for a better team of caring and competent individuals in every department. From dietary ensuring their food is enjoyable and sustaining, to activities ensuring they maintain their social life and quality with good music, food, and events, to the nurses who will do everything to be their caregivers, friends, family, and anything they need. Compassion, Quality, Grace, Family, Patience, Love. Just a few words that can be used to describe the way Williamsport South ensures you and your loved ones are going to feel. There is no easy way to entrust your loved ones in the care of others, but the clinical and administrative family at Williamsport South does everything in their power to ensure the resident's who live here, whether short-term or long-term, feel at home. This team goes out of their way, day and night, to make absolutely sure that their residents know they are loved. No matter how sick, tired, acute, etc their residents are, they will make sure you know they are loved and taken care of clinically and emotionally in their home.

Everyone at Williamsport South is amazing! My father required physical therapy and occupational therapy before being able to return home. Kelsey, Christa, and the Williamsport South staff worked with my family and I to help arrange everything for his stay. Kelsey, Christa, and Carl, along with the rest of the Williamsport South staff, have gone above and beyond to provide the best level of care for my father. Beyond that, the staff at Williamsport South have given us multiple resources for when my father returns home. Kelsey and Christa, as well as many of the nursing staff, have taken the time to talk to my mother, brothers, and I about what to expect when my father transitions home, community resources, answering questions on insurance, etc. Ever staff member that we’ve encountered truly treats my father as if he was their own family. I cannot thank Kelsey and the Williamsport South staff for everything they have done for my father and family. Prior to being admitted to Williamsport South we were not sure if my father would be able to return home. Kelsey and her amazing staff have given my father and our family hope and confidence that my dad will be back home soon, and able to return to his normal life.

Our mom has been here for almost a year. Right from the very first day we knew this was the right place for mom. The staff were very welcoming and thorough with the admission process. Christa Gehr and Tina Zimmerman have been so helpful and loving towards mom. They made my sister and I feel so at ease knowing mom was in good hands. The rest of the staff are always showing their genuine care for the residents of this facility. We are blessed to be able to call this moms home.

My mother came to this facility on February 25th after being released from UPMC in Williamsport for therapy. I really enjoyed our tour that we had before she was admitted. Everyone there is very friendly and engage with the patients. Your treated like family and that means a lot. My mother received very good care and was very well taken care of. I definitely recommend this place for anyone that may need to go to a nursing home for therapy or to stay. Thank you to ALL of your staffing at Williamsport South I truly appreciate everything that you did!!
