What a wonderful company to work for. While taking care of my father they were caring and considerate. I really enjoyed talking with any of their team. My Dad passed and I moved south so did not continue with this company but they are A+

Office staff is wonderful, treats you with kindness and respect. Answers all the questions we had. Office work wonderful with my schedule with staffing. Great company

The best thing I can tell you from the very beginning, I’ve had nothing but great help with the employees and my clients. I’ve enjoyed working with these people since the day I walked through the door. I appreciate everything they do and I understand everything that goes on around us. I feel and I’ve been treated with respect and kindness when I call in people are there to help me I just feel initially there could’ve been more explanation of things and that would’ve helped. I think make me feel more confident when using the phone for timing and timing out and just basic information but I am satisfied and I want to thank everyone there at A-Plus.

Great people … could be a little faster in their responses . We expect when someone says that they will get back to us that they will do as they have said they would . That often is not the case and therefore we have to call again . Also could be a little quicker at getting things rolling as far as our care workers are concerned. We totally understand that these things take time and there are times when things warrant patience but at least when you give us your word that you will call us back then give us the courtesy of calling us back . Don’t leave us in limbo . We don't like suspense ! Our mother is our number one priority. She should be yours too ! Please forgive us if this seems like hostility . Trust me we are very patient people but again our mothers care is our number one main concern.
