I would like to thank Kelsey Ecker and all staff at Bedrock Williamsport South for their assistance in my fathers transition from home to the the center to improve his quality of life than he had while at home! He enjoys being there among others to share his meals & activities with! He stays busy and active in activities, there is a definite team effort to make sure all patients are healthy & happy! Communication is a team effort when it comes to questions and or concerns we may have in regards to my fathers care! Communications & results are easily acquired. I would highly recommend Bedrock Williamsport South for your loved ones. Again thank you for a job well done! Joe & Lois Drammissi

Time will tell on this rating. My brother is a rehabing heart patient. He has only been there short of one week. The first few days were not good. He is being ignored, to the point of ringing his buzzer for over two hours needing help to go to the bathroom and no answer or help. He ended up wetting himself. Not only is this disrespectful but very demeaning for anyone who is used to being self sufficient. It's absentee abuse and neglect. And by doing this they actually made more work for themselves. I will be in close contact, of course, with him as will my other siblings. This won't be my only post so it may change with time, hopefully for the better. Again, time will tell.

When I was a client there the service was great they helped me get back on my feet with the rehab and the items I needed to be able to be independent again they showed me how to do things I never thought possible after I broke my knee cap. Each step was a huge success towards going home they helped me be able to gain my self esteem and the power to succeed. Thank you for all you did for me and all the help you gave me.

My nephew had a very bad stroke almost 2 months ago and has been in very bad shape. He went to Manor Care 5 days ago. I've been to see him every day, and every day he's doing better than the day before. The staff is really terrific from what I've seen. His room is nice. And the TVs that someone mentioned in an earlier review have been updated. I got to sit in on a therapy session with him this afternoon, and the therapist was terrific. If you read this review, I can say that I hope you or your loved ones are never in need of a facility like this, but if you are, this seems to be a good place that can help you recover.

Sue, Rodney, and Joanne are some of the best employees you have. I'd give it a 5 star, but the woman that was at the desk on 2nd floor was kind of rude because I did not open the door to exit on time when she had unlocked it for me. But the ones mentioned above are 5 star employees. Also their are ppl that do not like elevetors, therefore their should be a way to use the stairs.
