I have lived here for about 7 years and have been very happy with this place. I have not had any problems or issues. Very clean and very well taken care of. We have the best management team. They make sure everything is taken care of and they care about what is going on around here. They are very friendly and helpful. They treat us friends. We have great activities for everyone. I would recommend this place for anyone 55 or older.

The activities and overturn frequently in management has been awful. We were told the outdoor storage closet was a perk and part of the 1500 a month rent but were given a few weeks notice to vacate or receive a 500 fine with no solutions f the tenant.

I've lived here for a couple years now. And just now going to more activities because the new coordinator has added more fun things for are day to day. The manager and maintenance man do a great job of getting things in need to be fixed, fixed in a timely manner and done the right way the first time. Also the community areas and hallways are always clean and smell clean. I can say so many great things about the management team.

I moved my Mom here in August and my family and I are so happy with our decision. The apt is lovely and she is comfortable. Her favorite Activities are Music Bingo and cheese & chat. I toured other Senior Apts and this one has by far the best location, cleanliness, and Activities. It's a good value compared to the ones you have to "buy in" to. She loves having her own apt.
