I’m currently working with their trainers in the out patient area. Every one I work with is very good and very knowledgeable, supportive. They are the best!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this facility. Communication has been very poor. I left multiple messages for Jessica and even went in person to speak with her, but she did not come out of her office to speak with me. Instead, the front desk relayed that she would review my application and call me the next day — which never happened. As a potential caregiver , I expect basic professionalism, clear communication, and follow-through. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Not returning calls or following up after promising to do so feels very unprofessional and discouraging. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and responsiveness in the future.
