Dan is the best landlord we ever had the pleasure of renting from. I highly recommend renting from him. Enjoyed every moment of the apartment. Dan makes sure all his tenants are cared for and respected. If you’re looking for a good home I would recommend Dan.

I recently signed a lease for a unit at Connect55+ Indianola, IA. The process was very efficient and smooth and my lease was approved the very next morning after submission. The unit is lovely an the entire building is very clean and welcoming. I'm very much looking forward to moving in!

My Mom is 93 years old and lives here. Place is so clean and well managed! My Mom talks about Christina, Holly, and Danny and how good they are to her. She says Danny is best maintenance man in world! People are so friendly and take care of each other. My Mom has been here 1.5 years and great place!

My mom lives here and loves it. The activities for her are really great! They have great food and celebrations of the holidays. She enjoys their a.m. exercise program everyday, Mon-Fri. The people are friendly and nice. She recently went on a outing with them. I'm so happy for her!

My grandma moved in a year ago and absolutely loves it! The rent is fairly high, but utilities and cable are included. The handyman is knowledgeable and friendly, and the neighbors are welcoming. Even though it is an independent living community, there are many activities each week for a range of interests. Grandma has been having mobility issues and switches between a walker and wheelchair, and this is one of the more wheelchair accommodating residences in Indianola.
