Our experience dealing with Discovery Village Trinity as we were helping my parents select their next move was stellar! We visited on 3 different occasions, spoke to Jennifer Baum on the phone multiple times, and she always took her time, answered our questions thoroughly, and even helped guide our thinking by raising points we hadn’t considered. The process of moving to senior living facilities can be very daunting, and they were caring, compassionate and helpful every step of the way!<br><br>I HIGHLY recommend Discovery Village if you are looking for independent, assisted living or memory care. Their facilities are very well kept and the staff is always very professional. The residents all speak very highly of their living arrangements and staff, you can tell they are eager to tell you how great a place it is!<br><br>It is a very well run business, as you can tell from the long employee tenures and the way staff conducts themselves. Professional, caring and well run is how I would describe this facility. We shopped at least 8 in the area and this was my favorite!

Their telephone system has been out of service for 4 days. Can't call in to main number or any resident room. Just rings busy. A visit there confirmed that they are aware of it but they don't seem to have a clue when it will be fixed. Unacceptable. They assume the elderly residents all have cell phones? Not true I can guarantee that. Why don't they forward the main number to a managers cell? Unacceptable. Poor management is evident.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with this assisted living community, and it has truly been a wonderful experience.<br>The residents are all so friendly! Our clients were especially excited about all of the activities they offer & having delicious meals prepared for them.<br>It’s been an honor to work alongside such a wonderful team and to be welcomed into a community that truly cares about the people they serve. Jennifer is so kind! She is incredible with the residents & you can tell they love her by their interactions. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support their residents and families during such important transitions.

Parents just moved in. The GM Jen couldn't of been more accommodating, pleasant and walked me and my parents thru the process. Well spoken and gave options on availability, movers, realtors, etc. I live in New England so hard to gauge when I am very far away but my parents are pleased and settling in. It seems they made a correct choice for their needs and gives me some peace knowing that they are being cared for by a quality staff. Puts your mind at ease.
