Dexter & his team went above and beyond to support me during a very difficult time trying to find the right care for my parents. When my Mom went into the hospital right as my parents were to be assessed to move in, my world turned upside down and their whole care plan changed. Dexter worked with me daily to ensure they were holding the right apartments with the proper care level for my parents as the situation continued to change. It took a lot of pressure of me while I juggled everything else.<br><br>The building is gorgeous, and both the assisted living and memory care residences are large and bright and beautiful. I'd recommend them to anyone looking!

My family and I were looking to place a loved on in memory care. The facility was well maintenance and beautiful. The deign and safety features really were built around the idea of keeping residents independent and thriving during a challenging life phase. Do yourself a favor and when you call just ask for Dexter. He is so knowledgable of the industry and genuinely cares about his residents. He isn’t just trying to fill a room. There was no pressure or fancy sell pitch. He wants to make sure this next chapter in your loved ones life at this facility is the right fit for them. The transparency from Dexter makes a very challenging time a little easier. You can be confident a tour here with him will help you make a hard decision a lot easier.

Discovery Village Westchase is absoulely phenomenal. My mom moved in Jan of 2025, a little over a year ago. Most of our family does not live in Florida so it was very important to us that our mom was in a place we could work with long distance. They have NOT let us down. She resides in Assisted Living portion of DVWC. So many reasons to feel good about DVWC. ONE of the big BIG standouts is the staff. So many of them have been there for years and this makes a huge difference for my mom. They all know her and she knows them. It is like a great big family. Another standout is how well staff communicates with my brother and I. I can reach out to Dexter or Nurse Rose or Mallory or Madeline and in no time at all I hear back from them. The environment is clean, the surrounding area is beautiful. Larry, who wears many hats, drives the van. He is great fun to be around and so accommodating. I could go on and on naming staff. Kiki does a great job listening to the residence and making activity time so fun!!! DVWC provides the best care and has experienced and compassionate staff, beautiful grounds. Our mom loves it and our family could not be happier
