Both of my 89 yr old parents were in hospice and needed to be relocated to a memory care facility in the area of NPR/ Trinity. My sister and I hit the pavement and searched for a good fit. I had remembered that Cody reached out to me consistently about my inquiries about assisted living in the past, so I asked him for a tour. There was alot going on at once so I was a mess!<br>I had been caretaker to both my parents for 2 years and reached my limit. Caregiver burnout.<br>Cody assured me that I was in the right place. He took his time to review everything with both my sister and I and was extremely thorough. It's rare these days to see a young guy like him work so hard, and sincerely care about what he does. He was very transparent about everything! He's the real deal.<br>Lucy, the move-in coordinator is also exceptional. She made this transition seemless and assured us that we were in good hands! She is still very helpful and friendly, making sure our needs are always addressed! She Rocks!<br>The in house Nurse, LeAnne, is also a tremendous asset to this facility. She actually went to Gulfside Hospice to evaluate both my parents to make sure they were placed in the correct section. We weren't sure if they would be ok in assisted living together so she was a huge help and instrumental in making sure they would be safe in memory care.<br>The memory care team have been very loving and caring to both my parents. They give me honest updates and always have a smile on their face! I know how hard their job is caring for so many seniors because I did it myself!<br>Dana and Janet both are amazing caregivers. They are upbeat and always positive! Love you guys!<br>Kudos to the whole team and a BIG THANKYOU!! 🙏🙏❤️

They helped Father inlaw Jim Byrd able to die at his home. He loved this place and all the people in it. Both residents and all employees. To many to name but leeanne helped my wife so much. Thank you all so much

I had the pleasure of participating in an activity at Sunflower Springs this past weekend. The activities team hosted a "Dance Party" for their memory care residents and it was a big hit! The residents were engaged, happy and dancing to the oldies! It was so wonderful to see their faces light up! Marilyn Kraemer, Joe and the team really did a wonderful job. Their Director of Nursing/Resident Services, Leanne Christensen even came in on her day off to share in the celebration. Thank you all for including me in this joyous event! You all truly care about your residents and love what you do.

I would not bring your loved one here if they are in a wheelchair. They do not have the experienced or nursing staff to accommodate them. We experienced that first hand. Horrible experience.
