I was very impressed with the service during meals, all staff were helping out on the units. The halls are wide and clean and the entry sitting room is inviting. I was greeted quite kindly at reception when I entered.

Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing is very close to my home . It allows me to visit my wife , Diane, more often. It allows me to have my meals with my wife which they offer me. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In closing I would recommend this place for anyone in need of their services.

Collaborated with this facility for a mutual patient. From the moment I stepped in to the facility I was met with such kindness. The care provided was above and beyond. The compassion was present every step of the way. The lna’s were attentive and knowledgeable. The nurse crystal was just so wonderful and present. It was a seamless transition for our patient. I truly couldn’t express my gratitude enough for this facility.

There was no schedule. Meds were often late. Help with bathroom was long waits. OT and PT that was supposed to be daily was often missed. Food was not very good. They say they are fully staffed, yet still not the care level that was required. Showers were supposed to be 2x day and were given at 9pm or later some days. Staff did not follow up when we asked for information. Rehab and nursing home patients were not in separate areas or wings. Evening care was non existent. Help was needed for bathroom and no one would come when button was pushed for help. I would not recommend this facility for your loved ones.
