I work for Guardian Home Care of NH and I couldn’t be happier!!! I left my old company because they didn’t offer any benefits, they didn’t call back in a timely manner, and you could tell the owner was only in it for the money!!! But at Guardian they are AMAZING, they not only care about their clients but their workers as well!!! They pay well, they have incentives, you can always get a call back in a timely manner, they check in every once in a while just to make sure you’re happy and doing well showing that they appreciate everything we do as workers!!! I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for work and if you’re looking for a company to help a loved one, they truly care!!!

I’ve had a few other experiences working with home healthcare businesses, NOTHING tops guardian!! The amount of care and support from higher up is massively appreciated. I even got a very unexpected birthday card and it was a beautiful thing!! I feel very appreciated and am grateful so such a great team!!

Great company to work for- I put in effort and dedication to my clients and the company has been great to address anything that needs to be addressed quickly- one thing I really love is that all changes in policies are directly sent to you when they make the decision in the corporate hierarchy; which is something that should be done in every workplace setting- Keep it up!! Love being a part of this team environment; thankful, it certainly has been a great work-employment experience for me!
