"Short staffed." Crown Point is maybe a 1 out of 10 so far. My dad (82, surgery on broken leg)sat on the edge of his bed for 40 minutes waiting(pressing the call button) for someone to help him lie down. Driving 20 minutes from Ropesvile, I got there and 2 aids, Irmalinda and Sabrina had just gotten Dad into bed. I was upset and I let them know it. They said I was yelling at the wrong people. Went up the chain of command to Chasity, night supervisor. She apologized profusely, again stating they are short staffed. Chasity called or texted Christy, the on call Assistant Director of Nursing. At 8:16 p.m. Chasity stated that Christy had contacted Gloria, the on call higher up administrator and that Gloria was going to call my sister (who lives with my dad). 8:53, still no call. Working now on removing or transferring my dad.<br>Edit: To her credit, Gloria did call a few minutes after I posted this review. She was polite and apologetic. She asked what they could do to help at this point. I started nothing.
