We are extremely pleased with the services Visiting Angels provided for our mother. The caregiver was reliable, cheerful, trustworthy and hardworking. The management staff was always available for questions and to help with special needs. Very highly recommended!

We used Visiting Angels to help supervise and support my grandmother during the interim period between a hospital stay and placement in assisted living. The staff was kind and accommodating when setting up services. The aids that came to her home were warm and considerate. Grandma met several ladies she viewed as her friends. It was so wonderful to know that my family member was safe and genuinely cared for while we could not be with her. Thank you Visiting Angels in Lubbock. Would recommend to anyone. Will continue using them to check on Grandma in her new living arrangement.

So far working with Visiting Angels has been an excellent experience. They are responsive to scheduling needs and were even able to provide caregivers on very short notice one weekend. The caregivers are friendly, skilled and professional. People are on time, caregivers train newly assigned caregivers, and supervisors stay in communication with me as well as their caregivers. Visiting Angels definitely gets a thumbs up from me.
