Good Morning and God bless you always. So I'm reading some of these reviews. I can see some are written by the employees. My experience with this facility didn't meet my expectations. My sister had been at this place for 2 and a half years. It was ok at 1st so I thought. Mind you some of the workers do care. But not all. She has had some good experiences in the beginning. But most of them were bad. From mice dropping in the drawers to being over medicated. The beginning of the year my sister started regressing. Going down mentally and also falling consistently. She was hospitalized 3 times this year in February, March and April. Each time for the same thing. Being over medicated and falling. We made the decision to relocate her because her mental health was declining and it was affecting her physical health. After doing so we notified them. Mind you I have my own health issues. But my sister was a priority. Long story short my brother picked her things up that were suppose to be in storage. So many of her belongings came up missing. An excessive amount of clothing, shoes, wallet, purse, phones, jackets and coats. I've reached out to them with no recourse of action. I say this to say, be careful who you trust with your love one and their personal belongings. It may cost you in the end. We gave them so many chances. But that last and final hospitalization did it for us. There are some good people there. But they are far and few. Don't do it. There are thieves lurking in the mist. They don't follow up nor do they keep their word. Consistency is everything. Check on your people be present it may save their lives. Pay attention to the signs.
