Wow! These reviews are very misleading.<br><br>My family toured this building with Ahmed, who presented the facility very well. Unfortunately, after placing our family member there, we quickly realized that many of the promises made during the tour were not being kept.<br><br>We were told nurses were available 24/7 for care and monitoring. While nurses were present when we visited, we were very concerned to see nursing staff sleeping instead of actively monitoring residents.<br><br>We were also told housekeeping cleaned rooms daily, which was not our experience. Many times we found ourselves constantly having to request housekeeping services for things that should be routine.<br><br>Overall it wasn’t the worst experience but it definitely was not the best.<br><br>We are sharing our feedback because we know how important it is to pick the right place for a loved one’s care.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Creekside. I have a LO in the memory care facility and he has been very well taken care of.<br>The staff there are easy to work with and are always do whatever they can do for residents and their families.

Creekside (Tranquility Circle) provided a respite visit for 10 days and it went very well. She was well cared for, kept engaged and seemed to enjoy her visit (memory care unit). Staff was terrific, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Ahmed and Stephanie for all your help getting this arranged. I highly recommend this facility.

On Friday 10/10 I had the pleasure of touring Creekside with Ahmed A.<br>He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, kind and most helpful. He succeeded in making me feel confident and safe about relocating, whereas prior to our meeting I felt sad and uncomfortable.<br>Ahmed is an outstanding employee and deserves to be recognized. I am so glad that I had the chance to meet and spend time with him.<br>In the near future, I plan to relocate to Creekside.
