Really impressed with Cranberry Park Grand Rapids. It has a welcoming, home-like feel and you can tell the staff genuinely care about the residents. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful. Great community and a great team!

I wish I could put zero stars....this place is absolutely disgusting. My loved one was there for a short time before I pulled them out for the absolute lack of care. The (then) Director made all these amazing promises....and none of them were true. The staff routinely wore pj's to work and flip flops or slippers. They "forgot" to bring my loved one meals to her room after we told them she preferred not to eat in the dining room. When we came to visit, she was always wet/dirty bc they never checked on her.<br><br>My loved one needed to go to the hospital for a minor procedure and the nurses there were appalled at her condition and how dirty she was. While she was at the hospital, Cranberry neglected to secure her room and expensive items were stolen (either by staff or other residents).<br><br>There was often trash on the floor in the hallways....I feel so bad for the residents that are still there and I hope their love ones can find somewhere else for them to live and be taken care of.
