This facility is amazing! Seeing how my dad bonded with all the staff who were involved with his care made me feel comfortable in trusting them with him. I didn't feel guilty if I couldn't make it to visit because I knew he was being taken well care of. Knowing (and seeing with my own eyes) that he was happy and thriving made this difficult process so much easier. He had been a patient at a different facility before and he was transported to CC Nursing & Rehab to recover from another surgery. We were expecting the same mediocre treatment but we could immediately see and feel the difference. He spent about 2 months at CC Nursing and Rehab and his discharge was emotional for him. The whole team treated him like family and they did what they needed to make his recovery pleasant and successful. We absolutely love what this facility did for him and we are grateful to every team member for their caring for him like if he was their own father.

Had a recent family member there. I saw her 3 days after admission. Had not had a bath. Clothes still in a bag on bedside table that were sent from the hospital. Facility had not notified her daughter(who was out of town) that she had been transferred in. I called her to let her know. She then called the DON to complain. Daughter is an RN who had worked there a few years ago. DON told her patient did not have clothes with her. I was in the room and saw them. She was supposed to be getting PT but had not seen a physical therapist. Very poor care and no accountability. Daughter came home 3 days later and took her mother home with Home Health care. I am also an RN and would not recommend this facility.

Conditions were absolutely horrible and unsanitary. The place smelled like urine. The staff was very rude. They were yelling and screaming at other patients and and Mr. Pope and it's just unsetti, I don't know I wanna call adult protective services that's exactly what I wanna do, so I'm not happy with the condition we had to take him out of there immediately due to everything. Thank you Take

Definition of above and beyond... Teshia and Birdie(Roberta) in the 400 hall... ALWAYS doing more for my mom and others! Ann.. not sure her hall but she always stops by to chat with my mom and make her smile! These ladies work hard and still are compassionate and kind at a personal level! Thankful!

2025...
I'd like to commend the kitchen staff. My mom has been a resident here for a couple of years, I can finally day that the food being served to the residents has improved greatly. Presentation and taste is wayyyy better! I have spoken to Mr.Hernandez, the kitchen supervisor, he is obviously passionate about his job, he goes above and beyond and asks about my mom when I see him in the facility. Thank you Mr. Hernandez and kitchen staff! I only ask to improve the drink choices....Unsweet watered down tea is gross, there's not enough sugar to help that.
2026...When you walk into this facility, the environment has changed for the better... all the festive and holiday decor brings smiles to the residents and families that visit. Thank you! A shout out to the activities director, Saundra.... she has brought dog therapy, Santa claus, and chair volleyball... these activities keep residents engaged, moving, and smiling... great job!
