Woodbridge place is very clean. I love that my dad is there.

My Father was released after a week in the hospital after suffering severe blow to the head and lung clots. He was then placed in Wooldridge place. The room had a small bed where his legs hung over but this was corrected in about a day. For three days no Working toilet so he had to walk down the hall to a public restroom. The air conditioning did not work so we bought a fan to help cool the room a bit. The building roofers hammered for hours at a time so that helped with his headaches and breathing issues. The food was cold and barely edible which included his cold morning coffee. Three days had passed and maintenance could not correct the issues. I went and spoke with an employee and soon a Social worker arrived. She quickly corrected the problem and he was transferred to a decent room near the front. He was released a few days later without being given a prescription for the meds he was on. We went to bay area ER and they made calls. The nurse at Wooldridge bluntly told me that they do not give prescriptions. Total chaos and unnecessary stress.

One star only because I had to mark one but this has been worse place ever. Witnessed childish behavior from administration team (picture posted on wall). Pointing fingers and scolding a staff member then an unprofessional staff member yelling down hallway in anger to another staff member. Roaches everywhere. Food is always cold. My loved one not cared for properly (was left in a wet brief). No hot water, so bath for my loved one. I should of pulled my loved one out sooner when I saw there wasn't many patients and when I smelt strong urine odor down hallways.
