The Waterford is the best! The staff is awesome, especially Aurora! My mother is very well taken care of and is happy with the friendships she has made with the staff and other residents. I highly recommend the Waterford for your mother if you need a top notch Assisted Living facility for her.

I’m super impressed with the love, assistance, information, and care that Ms. Aurora has shown myself, my mother in law, and our entire family. She’s the most welcoming and caring person I’ve ever met. She’s a bright light to all she encounters and I’m so blessed to know her. I’ll always be grateful for the day she reached out to us to let us know she had an apartment available. She is a not just the beautiful face of the Waterford but she has an equally beautiful heart. The Waterford is organized and timely. It feels more like a family home with apartments rather than an assisted living facility. There are fun activities for the residents to enjoy with a wonderful activity director and a sweet and talented beautician. The staff have all been such a blessing and help to us. Ms. Jessica helped us get through piles of paperwork and Ms. Frances keeps track of all things medical is very responsive and helpful when we need records. The chef is amazing. There are so many sweet employees that I’m just beginning to know that have been so friendly, kind, welcoming, and helpful to us. My mother in law has adjusted beautifully there and she is making friends and absolutely loves living there. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the Waterford staff for providing a safe, healthy, and friendly environment for our loved one to feel at home. I highly recommend this assisted living.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!! Treating the elderly like they are actually humans is not a priority at this place anymore. It used to be. I specifically would like to mention the new director, Jessica. She is very cold, unprofessional, rude, and defensive. She completely lacks empathy. Four residents have recently fallen IN THE SPAN OF ONE WEEK and seriously injured themselves and her response was, "accidents happen." My grandmother has been at Waterford for the past 3 years and we decided to remove her and place her in another facility due to negligence as well as an uncaring culture. This facility is understaffed and even have residents with dementia working the front desk. We used to love Waterford. Tracy was the events coordinator and she was truly a gift. She knew all of the residents' names and genuinely cared about them. When the new management came they got rid of her and the residents were so upset. The new director treats people like they are just a number. This once vibrant community is now stale. If you would like for your loved one to enjoy the senior years of their life I would strongly suggest avoiding this place.
