I had a good experience at Windsor while rehabilitating from my surgery. The employees were nice and helpful. I would especially like to recognize the Physical Therapy team for helping me get ready to go home.

My aunt was there for several months and we a wonderful experience! Her time with the therapy team really enabled her to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible. When the time came for our family to make a difficult decision, we were able to allow her to age in place. The transition to hospice was effortless and she was able to pass comfortably with her loved ones at her side!

My mom has been here for 7 months. Overall we have had a great experience here. The CNA’s for the most part has been loving, caring and kind to her. There are a few that have been exceptional. The physical therapist have been amazing and patient. They are supportive and really care to help her do her best and get better. Mary in wound care has gone above and beyond and is loving and kind. Marie has been absolutely amazing. She really care to make sure she gets good care. She has been so helpful and understanding. The food could be better. Some meals are good but many times it’s cold and not real appetizing. It’s a beautiful place and always smells very nice. A special thanks to Brittany, Halley, Laney, Ray, Jay, Monica, Neal, Candace and there are a few others.

My mother "slid" out of bed, according to the staff(Kim). What happened was she fell out of bed because they have one cna per hall during the night they would not respond to the call light so my mom fell out of the bed trying to get to the restroom. It tooke then a week to xray her knee replacement, they never check her head even though she complained about a headache. The food they serve the patients is absolutely inedible(I wouldn't give that to my dog) the lady from the kitchen could not even say what the food was. My mom is diabetic they gave her 8 plus ounces of juice, pie and cake that she can't eat cause hello can't have that much sugar. The staff was rude and ugly to her. I put a camera in her room then they were actually human. Shock shock there. I wouldn't allow some back her with out a camera and random daily visits. I had more than one call from my Momma saying she needed help because they would not take her to the restroom. Only one cna was continually nice from start to finish and I can't remember her name. I will never allow the hospital to put my mom here, I hope I can add pictures of the cold(yes everything the patient gets is cold) food i wouldn't give the my dog. They also done have hallway cameras to monitor the staff sitting around on the couches or in the hall on their phones when call lights are active.

My mother-in-law was there for 3 days when we decided to bring her home. We were confident of the program and facility; however, that changed when we saw that she was soaked. It was evident that she had not been changed for several hours. When my wife inquired about someone to change her it took several hours. I understand, there were many patients. My mother-in-law stated that she had been calling a nurse but nobody came. We withdrew my mother-in-law from the facility. Later that same day we found multiple bruises on her body. We asked the Home Health nurse to take pictures and to document our findings.
