Buena Vista senior village is my new forever home. I have a beautiful apt where I can look out the windows at beautiful cotton field so white and fluffy. I have a 2 bedroom the master is very spacious with walk in closet and the rest of apt is just as roomy for anything you can imagine you'd want. The landlord Jessica is amazing any help you need she's always right there lending a hand for you, and the maintenance guys what can I say they're just as amazing I moved in and found some things needed attention and the guys were right on top of it I've never had that happen anywhere else. And the neighbors are all friendly. The apt sits within a couple of stores what convenience. And im always seeing the police patrolling on the street in front of apt my safety measures are met. There's always something going on at Buena vista senior village maybe a rummage sale one day great way to get out and meet people. My new home it's so relaxing.

😡😡😡<br><br>1/23/2025….Follow Up Complaint regarding Property Manager (Jessica Cruz).<br><br>Manager (Jessica) continues to be ugly & rude to elderly tenants and Asset Living (Corporate Office) is not taking any action to correct her bad behavior or to replace her! Jessica refuses to allow anyone inside the office and the tenants are not allowed to have any social gatherings, where they can mingle in the lobby. Jessica is not allowing the tenants to pick up their food boxes from the lobby, when it is delivered by the Food Bank—tenants need to collect food boxes outside, where the boxes are placed on the grass.<br><br>Another ongoing problem is that Jessica keeps ignoring requests for work orders, especially for the light bulbs that need to be replaced on light posts at the Main Entrance to apartment complex, where it’s very dark at night and hard to see the entrance, and all over the complex, also where the trash dumpsters are located. It is very dark throughout the complex, starting at the Main Entrance all the way around the complex!<br>Jessica does not listen to the tenants requests and turns them away every time they go ask for work orders, and unfortunately the elderly tenants won’t report Jessica for fear of retaliation. Something must be done about this obnoxious Manager Jessica. Also, she leaves the premises almost daily and is gone for several hours at a time, since no one keeps a close watch on her! Perhaps Asset Living Corporate Office should install cameras throughout the office to monitor Jessica’s rude behavior and when she leaves the office unattended for hours at a time!<br><br>2024 Complaint regarding Rude & Obnoxious Manager!<br>Jessica Cruz, new Manager at Buena Vida Senior Village is extremely rude, abnoxious, and condescending towards the Elderly & Disabled tenants, making them feel intimidated and reluctant to inquire about work orders or other important business matters! Manager is very blunt, manipulating, and very defensive towards the Elderly & Disabled tenants, when they go in person to inquire about work orders. Manager is extremely difficult with elderly tenants, and questions every request for work orders. Manager has a poor work ethic and is very reluctant to get anything done! Consequently, the work orders take weeks or months to get completed, and that should not be the case with Air Conditioner issues, especially when we’re having 80 degree Temperatures! This could result in serious illness for the Elderly & Disabled tenants, who need to be in a “cool” and “comfortable” home environment, and not be inconvenienced with a broken A/C during this hot weather! They also need to keep up with work orders for plumbing and broken appliances! The Maintenance Man needs to spend less time gossiping with women and get the work orders done in a timely fashion—not leave them pending for weeks or months at a time! Maintenance also needs to do a better job at keeping inventory of parts/tools needed for repairs…always out of parts whenever you need something fixed and this causes delay for several weeks or months!!!<br><br>The Manager needs extensive training on customer service, in order to provide a warm & friendly atmosphere for your elderly tenants. The Elderly & Disabled Tenants definitely deserve being treated with “compassion” and better customer service from the Manager, in order for them to feel “comfortable,” when going to the office to take care of business matters, and not feel intimidated when approaching your unfriendly and rude Manager!<br><br>If we do not see any improvements SOON with regards to the Manager’s bad attitude and atrocious behavior, and the Maintenance work orders that are not getting done in a timely fashion, we will be filing several complaints, against the Manager, with the Asset Living Corporate Office!!! We can no longer tolerate the Manager’s atrocious behavior!!!<br><br>These Apartments must live up to its name, “Buena Vida” (Good Life) cause it’s more like “Mala Vida” (Bad Life) for most people who live at this complex, and are treated badly by Jessica, the New Manager, who is very UGLY & RUDE!!!
