As a whole they care about their residents. But their are some cnas that would rather treat certain residents (seems to be ones that need a lot of help) very foul. Name calling and rude remarks are unnecessary towards residents. In my opinion if you can't stop that while at work and taking care of residents then you should have never been a cna! Period!
