Leann is an absolute SCAM ARTIST who has already managed to get our assets frozen from the bank by claiming I never made "any patient liability payments" because I was in the psychiatric ward for being sad about my Grandma who raised me since I was three and is basically my Mom being there and dying. She had the audacity to say that she could sign me up to be my Grandma's financial payee or guarantor through social security without my consent or signature and ASKED US TO SET UP A BURIAL TRUST IN HER NAME! My Grandma was laying in her own pee and crumbs and staring at the ceiling confused on one of the hot and humid 90° days before I had to ask them to turn her ac on..she always has new bruises from falling or getting her fingers stuck in her wheelchair. They had to pay Medicaid close to a million for their abuse and restriction of a resident in 2022 and Leann was the one that couched the cna that did it on how to get out of it. There's news articles out there about it. This place is disgusting and only cares about scamming grieving families for every last penny they can get
