I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with the team at Accura HealthCare of Creston through my work in hospice, and I can’t say enough great things about them. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by staff who truly care about their residents and treat them like family. The team is compassionate, welcoming, and always willing to work together to ensure residents receive the best possible care. Their dedication, kindness, and teamwork are evident in everything they do, and it’s been a privilege to collaborate with them in caring for those we serve. Definitely a great choice for my loved one, friendly knowledgeable and professional staff, always willing to assist in all aspects of care. Much better care than those offered in the larger cities. Would recommend Accura to anyone.

Since the change in companies, the improvements have been remarkable. The facility has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, caring staff, and a clear commitment to providing quality care. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this nursing home. The staff is caring, compassionate, and truly treats every resident like family. They go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The nurses and caregivers are attentive, patient, and professional, and they take the time to address any concerns promptly. The activities and programs offered help keep residents engaged and active, creating a positive and supportive environment.
