The understaffing is so bad that residents cannot get quality care. They failed to call the doctor or send my grandma out on many occasions where her blood pressure was too low or when she had a stroke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My grandmother lived there for 3 years. When she had a problem with an aid, it was NOT addressed properly.
