I cannot say enough about Elizabeth! Her patience, kindness and tenderness with my (at times) difficult Dad is amazing. She is amazing! I know that he is so well taken care of that I actually can sleep at night.

I had left hip replacement on July 25th and spoke to Antonette prior to the surgery. She explained her services on July 4th. We remained in contact from then to now. She is informed, respectful, clear and the aides who come from Ghana are amazing. They not only clean. drive for errands, but listened to the Phsical and Occupational therapists. They remind me when I am not using the walker or cane correctly. Both aides were warm, supportive, and knowledgeable about my needs. As an 83 year old physician , they remind me of caretakers early in my career.. I give this agency the highest rating.

The care that my brother received was excellent. When he returned from the hospital my husband and I cared for him for several weeks. He had a catheter and was unable to do self care. My husband and I were at his home five to six times a day to tend to the catheter and his meals, housekeeping, etc. It became overwhelming. We contacted Antoinette and she was able to assign Tina as a live in for my brother. From that point for the next three weeks my brother received excellent care and regained his Independence. The catheter was removed. Tina tended to all his needs and we were very pleased with her care. She cooked excellent meals and maintained his home very well. Thank you Tina and Antoinette.

Our family was in need of 24 hour in home care for our 86 year old mom after she was discharged from the hospital following a 12 day stay due to pneumonia and a number of other complications. We chose this agency after considering a few different options. Our mom could not have received better care than she did from Elizabeth, the lovely woman who entered our mom’s home and all our lives shortly after mom arrived home. Elizabeth took wonderful care of our mom, consistently was a hard worker for the four weeks she cared for our mom and took the time to share with mom (and her family members) her own professional knowledge & expertise on therapies she was applying to Mom’s recovery. Elizabeth completed her 4 week commitment yesterday. Mom is doing very well and would not be where she is today if not for Elizabeth. Thank you. Thank you.🙏🏻

I cannot speak more highly of an organization that clearly prides themselves on delivering exceptional care! My father had been at Danbury Hospital for over 80 days and was released prematurely from ICU. He was frail, could not speak nor advocate for himself. In a panic, on a Saturday, I called CCF as well as 3 other organizations and not only were they the ONLY agency that responded to my urgent call, they did so in the most professional and empathetic manner delivering an aid that I needed at hospital that same evening for the overnight shift. They delivered an angel, Abi, to start caring for my father that same day. All was seamlessly executed within hours. It was the 1st night I had almost slept in 80 days. The next morning, their aid was worried wanting to know who was coming to relieve him. Once he knew I would be there, he was genuinely relieved. Abi was caring, attentive, kind and made sure all was managed exactly as I would have while being with him. I would set expectations and Abi exceeded them. Their intake work is carefully reviewed with their aids even during short notice. I showed up and music my father liked was playing. It was great peace of mind to me knowing that my father had loving care 24/7. I kept the aid until my father was discharged and had planned to have him as a live in with us, but unfortunately my father passed away shortly thereafter. Antoinette, the owner, was another amazing angel; a kind soul whose work clearly is beyond purposeful. Their leadership is exemplary. She is beyond empathetic and accommodating, professional, caring, sincere and honest. I recommend them without any reservation at all and will remain eternally grateful to them for caring so much about my father's needs.
