The night my mom died down the hall a patients t.v was wicked loud and other patient were trying to come into her room this was during Covid, me and a family were called ther because our mom was dying we complained about this issue nothing was done. Ther was other times when their was holidays and other peoples grand kid were under the table our mom was having dinner the kids were fooling around we complained our mom could get hurt she was so n a wheel chair her legs are fragile nothing was said to stop this , the place is responsible for controlling the safety of your family not well done.

We were very happy with them when my Grandmother was there. Staff was exceptional. My Me Me came to life while there, more socialble and happier, at least until she couldn't be anymore.

Don't go here if you have any respect whatsoever for your family member's well being. We were there for about 15 minutes and it was the worst experience. My grandmother is unable to walk to the bathroom, so we kindly asked for a commode. The worker there grabbed one and when we opened it, it was covered in human waste. When we asked for a reclining chair, maintenance was too worried about scratching their new floors. When we decided to leave, the head nurse "apologized" by saying that the commode was in the clean area so she figured it was okay. Completely unprofessional. EDIT: I came back to see if any other family had to go through what my poor grandmother went through, and I see the facility is trying to say that my post is fake. They had no way of checking to see if my relative was actually in the facility because I NEVER SAID HER NAME. My review is 100% real and it’s sad that the facility feels the need to attack people that leave bad reviews. My grandmother was never formally checked in because we got her out of there before any papers were brought to us. She unfortunately left in tears because she was so scared to stay there, with a nurse running after us saying she was leaving AMA, which was not true because when we called her doctor, he told us to get her out of there IMMEDIATELY. I would also like to add that this facility does NOT have a 4 star rating overall, only in staffing. Their rating is actually below average and it shows that they have been fined twice after their health inspections in the past three years. If the facility wants better ratings, rather than attacking bad reviews, they should learn from them.

I have stayed here several times in the past few years and I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and professional and find these negative comments laughable at how ridiculous the allegations are. If I am in need of further recuperation, I am going back to Cook Willow.

Wonderful place! My mother is in great hands! The staff is excellent and facility is clean. The new DNS Maureen is fantastic gave me relief on putting mom in home. Thank you CookWillow.
