Confident Care is excellent. And the employees are very good. Rosa Carreras is an excellent employee, always kind, excellent at her job, and always willing to help her clients. I am very happy with her and with this agency.

I'm very happy with this agency that's taking care of my grandfather. My grandfather has one of the best caregivers, very attentive to all his needs. I'm very grateful for the nurse's visits every two months. A very professional agency.

I do not recommend this agency at all. They are unprofessional and do not care about your loved ones. They have left my mother without care for three weeks without notifying me or her. Today when I called the person who answered the phone told me to call my insurance and find another agency because they don't have anyone. Do not be fooled by their nice recording.
