The receptionists at the front desk were all friendly and provided great information. Tracy and Amanda in Admissions were also wonderful to deal with. Shelby and Felicity in nursing were particularly caring as were the people in PT and OT. Some of the Aides seemed genuinely interested in helping people who were incapacitated while others thought it was okay to make someone in a wheelchair wait for an hour to go to the bathroom because collecting empty dinner trays was more important to them. The social worker was not particularly social and never answered his phone nor returned phone calls. The only way that I could get help and answers from him was to track him down in his office and confront him face to face. I learned that family members need to visit regularly and be an advocate for their loved ones.

The medical staff/nurses are outstanding! The Social Worker will not finish anything for you left outstanding upon discharge.

My mom care was excellent while she was there, and the evening she declined quickly the staff was beyond exceptional. We just talked about next step of hospice. The fast acting response by aides Jess, Sabrina and Nurses Patty and Lisa to help my mom out of distress i don't have the words other than A plus. Aide Michael was exceptional all week, my mom had a special liking with him all week, and the after her passing care was fantastic as well. Her team was so compassionate and caring.

We want to give a huge Thank you to entire staff all week from Administration to all separate departments PT, OT, Nurses, and PA and NPs. Our family highly recommend your facility for the services you provide

Thank you again

First review was 6 months ago, soon after Mom moved to the Personal Care side of the building. I made a lot of visits each week since then and saw first hand how she was cared for by ALL. Let me site what one of her nurses said to me last week that validates this is a great place for your loved ones or oneself; "WHEN I SEE YOUR MOM IN HER ROOM I THINK THAT COULD BE MY MOTHER, AND I TREAT HER LIKE I WOULD LIKE MY MOTHER TO BE TREATED" (God Bless you Josie) I only singled out her name first because of what she said, but her coworkers Holly, Kriss, Angel, Madison,Erica and John from nursing dept; Justine, Bernie, Caroline from activities; Randy; Cathy and Maryann front desk; administrator Brianna Colins and many other support personnel all are so caring, understanding, personable, attentive; who all work together so that all patients are comfortable, happy, satisfied, as healthy as possible.

1st REVIEW: Mother was in skilled nursing after discharge from hospital with fractured hip surgery. Admissions coordinator Taylor and Social worker Patrick were fantastic to work with. Explained everything thoroughly. ALL staff
Including nurses, aides, therapists were very attentive and sociable
