Harmony Physical Rehabilitation provided life-changing care for my mother and father during their rehabilitation stays. The entire team delivered an exceptional blend of clinical expertise, deep compassion, and unwavering professionalism. The physicians and nursing staff managed their medical needs with precision. Physical and occupational therapists designed a tailored, highly effective program. Their encouraging approach helped them regain strength and independence quickly. Staff members treated my mother and father with the utmost dignity and respect. The facility maintains a clean, bright, and deeply welcoming environment. Our family felt completely supported and informed throughout their entire recovery journey. I highly recommend Harmony Physical Rehabilitation to anyone seeking top-tier rehabilitation care for their loved ones.

If your loved-one is bedridden, do not send them here. All seems good during the day, but at night, after family leaves, they neglect those who cannot help themselves. Imagine what sitting in diarrhea does to one's skin after laying in it for hours. My loved-one ended up back in the ER with a UTI and sepsis after only 3 days there. 1 star is too many for this place!

Harmony is a terrible facility to send a loved one. The patients are neglected and the workers are hard to find. Took over an hour to answer a call bell and I ended up walking all over the building before I could find a nurse. My family member almost passed as a result of their negligence. Even the paramedics didn’t understand why our family member was ignored for as long as they were. The Doctor associated with Harmony read the chest and said there was no pneumonia but when we got to the hospital the radiologist couldn’t believe how bad it was! Ended up with a 4 day hospitalization as a result and a long recovery after discharge. The aide came in to change and dress our family member and couldn’t even do that right! Family member was transported to the hospital with nothing but a shirt on. Really? Never thought to put bottoms on? Unacceptable! Workers wear street clothes (cartoon character sweatpants) and can’t be bothered making sure the resident is ok. Obviously there is no care or compassion at this facility. The social worker is a joke. Doesn’t mind discussing HIPPA protected information in front of other patients and their families. I am very pleased that our family member is in a better facility and making great progress . Notice how Harmony ignores the bad reviews but acknowledge the good reviews……….

My mom was moved to Concordia Harmony after being in another rehab that was awful. Aesthetically it is lovely and appears clean and inviting. The rooms are less like a hospital and warm with nice views. No medical setting is perfect and set up to meet a patient’s every demand - that’s not how insurance works, but CH has professionals that will care for your love one. The nurses are responsive - I was not local so I relied on them to update me when I called. The staff have big personalities that lift the spirits of the patients. My mom even liked the food - that says a lot.
