I have been in the home care role for almost 10 years. I have been employed by agencies as well as private duty. I have to say that the support and dedication of Avondale care group outshines every other employer i have worked for. If I have questions or concerns I have 24 /7 access to someone within our company that will address and solve each concern i have had. I am so pleased to have been added to their team. Abby has been fantastic since very start. She went to bat for me, and she was ferocious. Lol When i wasnt getting anywhere and it seemed hopless she took the wheel and got things handled.
