I have been in the home care role for almost 10 years. I have been employed by agencies as well as private duty. I have to say that the support and dedication of Avondale care group outshines every other employer i have worked for. If I have questions or concerns I have 24 /7 access to someone within our company that will address and solve each concern i have had. I am so pleased to have been added to their team. They are incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the Process, and their innovative approach helped us streamline our workflow. Abby has been fantastic since very start. She went to bat for me, and she was ferocious. Lol When i wasnt getting anywhere and it seemed hopless she took the wheel and got things handled. Avondale has been fantastic. I appreciate everything that they have done for me. Its nice to know that you aren't alone. Thank you Avondale!
