Horrible service. Inconvenient on every level. ZERO stars would be more appropriate. Save yourself the heart ache of incompetence.

Their phone customer service and Bill absolutely sucks. Takes forever to make them understand what the problem even is.. It seems outsourced to the cheapest possible person they can find. Staff at pickup was great but have no resources on the site for billing, insurance and related stuff, only way is this trashy phone service. I wish I had another option.

They over bill you on a regular basis. When you get the bill they'll tell you that they have to bill you every month even though you only get supplies every 3 months. However when looking at my payments so far I've paid 4 months in a row for supplies even though I didn't get 4 months of supplies. When you call billing customer service is awful and can't really explain it.

I am grateful for this location as it was so much more convenient than going to another location. I will say it is a little weird walking in and no one is at the desk and someone just comes through the doors to the waiting area to ask you what you need. But overall the staff were nice and my consultation went well. I got my Cpap and was able to come back when I needed a new mask. Even returning my Cpap was easy.

It goes from bad to worse with this company. Call center always has long waits and when being bumped from one representative to another you get a totally different answer from each person. Billing is sketchy or at best very inefficient. The worst is that they do not offer what my doctor specifically ordered for me. They made the decision not to carry it because it was too expensive. I have a specific health issue that requires this kind of mask. The doctor ordered it for me considering my health issues. But the supply company decided, even though I would be responsible for paying for it. It was too expensive for them to provide it for me. I don’t quite understand that. I have used Community Health services for over 20 years. Not sure what has changed. Just know they have changed. There is no way around it, got to change providers!
