Comfort Keepers of Rochester NY was a life-saver! Donna and Lauren were outstanding care givers for our 94 year old mother and the administer Dana took care of our every need! Can't thank them enough! Would highly recommend them every time!

I am the daughter of two parents that have used and loved comfort keepers caregivers. My dad passed away 3 tears ago after having in home help from them in Ithaca, new york for 3 years and recently we've been using comfort keepers for my mom in Canandaigua, NY over the last two years. Their loving, gracious, caring support of my parents has been irreplaceable! The caregiver for my Mom always went above and beyond for our family! She became my mom's friend (which at first wasn't easy) and was our family friend for sure. She knew and attended to my moms needs and more. Also, when calling in to the office, there was always someone ready to kindly help with anything. We are so grateful and lucky to have made this connection! Thank you COMFORT KEEPERS! I recommend your service to anyone in need of a loving, caring assistance to their loved ones!

So grateful to comfort keepers! My elderly mother is sharp as a tack but struggles with household tasks as the sand on her hourglass slowly runs out. Michele had been particularly helpful to our family. She’s been so kind and always available to give my mother the care she needs while making sure she still feels independent. I almost wish she was MY mom.
