We are very happy with our decision with moving mom into Memory Care at Coastal Point. From our 1st conversation with Stephanie to move in day and now 4 month living here.<br>The staff are very friendly and caring professionals with the residents.<br>Very clean and beautiful building and grounds. I’m a private caregiver for a patient that recently moved to Coastal Pointe back in February. Him and his wife transitioned here after needing around the clock care. Upon arriving, they immediately felt very welcomed by staff. Stephanie and Krista gave a detailed tour and answered all questions .<br>Everyone here at Coastal Pointe is processional, and personable. It is a family atmosphere that welcomes residence with open arms. It has a coastal vibe with soothing colors and different rooms so residence can relax or playing games. Coastal Pointe is extremely clean, And take great pride in keeping a clean atmosphere, Especially with preparing food . It’s so reassuring, knowing that my patience’s meals, medication and personal hygiene needs are cared for. They also offer a variety of activities to keep residence mentally and physically sharp. Since my clients moved here He has begun PT and OT. He has lost over 20 pounds and is currently in the best shape.. The meal plans offer a balanced diet, consisting of a fruit and vegetable at each meal . He has met new friends and loves living here And socializing each day. Our days consist of A variety of activities such as -bingo, Going to physical therapy, Garden club , Crafting, eating lunch with friends, socializing with staff and sitting outside in the beautiful outside patio. The patio Is fully enclosed surrounded by flowers, tables, and rocking chairs to enjoy Peace and quiet or Residence can sit and play games such as cornhole or ring toss.<br>It is such a relief for me as a private caregiver and for the family to know that he is in a safe loving, Clean atmosphere where he gets the best of care!<br>Coastal Pointe has a security system to ensure that all residence are secure 24/7 Which also puts my mind at ease.<br>I am so grateful that my patient loves living here at Coastal Pointe and I would recommend anyone looking for a future placement for a loved one or themselves to come and consider Coastal Pointe<br>As your new home!<br>Krista and Stephanie will give you a tour and help answer any questions to ease with the transition!

So happy to have Coastal Pointe in our lives. Not only to care for my father, but to assist, guide and help all of the families concerns as they arise.<br>We had a situation where we were taking our dad out and couldn’t get him in our personal vehicle. They were kind enough to make our errand their priority and assist by taking him in the van take so we could complete our necessary errand. We would have been lost without them.<br>In addition to being there in times of need, the employees from Jordan to Lynette, Krista, Midge, Chris, Adel, etc. go above and beyond in every step of the way and care for your loved one as it’s their family member. We couldn’t be happier to have found coastal pointe.

My mom has been a resident at CP since January 2024. From the outset, it was an extremely hard adjustment for her, leaving her home, her environment and everything that supports that. With alot of love and care from the staff, mom finally adapted and become a solid member of the community.<br><br>The building is like no other. State of the art from door to door with no corners cut. The cleaning staff should be commended for their hard work day in and day out. It always smells fresh and inviting with each visit.<br><br>The nursing staff is a very special group of ladies who have been chosen carefully because of their unique way of showing the residents how much they care and how important their later stages of life are. The staff knows all about each resident and what their capacity is along with their specific needs. Even with family members giving them grief over something simple, they manage a smile and try to find a solution. These ladies are top tier on their respective levels, and I’m thankful to know all of them.<br><br>The kitchen staff does a good job of meeting the needs of each citizen. The menu is simple but most of the time it’s enough for most. They have great meals for families during the holidays and it’s a wonderful time for the residents. However, having been there for two years, I think there could be a little more research done to find some different types of meals instead of just going with what you know.<br><br>The management team is beyond superior. Brandi leads a very intellectual group who have been in this field for quite some time and their experience with any situation that pops up is nothing but professional. Many of the managers put in hours that are unimaginable for most. From the time we arrived, the team members have always had our best interest in mind and are always there to make suggestions or changes that only help the residents and their best interests.<br><br>Mom is on her final descent as I write this but again the nurses and team are doing everything humanly possible to make sure mom is comfortable and getting the loving care she always has there.<br><br>If I had to do it all over again, nothing would change, mom would not be anywhere else and I can’t even fathom that thought. If you are looking for a forever home for a loved one, look no further and let your search end at Coastal Pointe. It’s the best decision you’ll ever make and your loved one will know how much you really care by doing so.
