You can tell she takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive environment, and it makes a real difference in the overall experience. Autumn Care of Shallotte is by far the BEST Skilled Nursing Facility in Brunswick County. The staff are well trained and friendly. The building is older but is immaculate. The managers are all knowledgeable and eager to help. The therapy department is unmatched! My father had rehab here on 3 separate occasions and each experience was great. Sure, there were issues, but they were always handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Autumn Care of Shallotte!
