I can’t say enough good things about this facility. My family member loves it there and loves Julie and Charmaine the aides. The new management staff is awesome. The unit manager is great and helpful when asked. Food could be improved a little. And more outdoor or trip activities would be great. But top facility in the area. 5 stars in my opinion.

My aunt resides at Bolivia Rehab and she loves it there. My family was very hesitant on placing her in a nursing home but we are so happy we did. The staff there are amazing. They have had some struggles with management coming and going but have recently got some new management in and we can see the change happening. The new ADON (I think Kim is her name) has been amazing and attentive. She talks to every person she passes visitors residents family staff. Always smiling and very pleasant to talk to. They also have a new DON who I have not personally talked to but see her on the halls and interacting more than any other facility DON I have seen. The only complaint my aunt has is that she wishes there was more of a variety of activities and complains “they do the same stuff everyday” so she doesn’t often go. If you hesitant about placing a family here….do it! Thank you to all the staff, Kim, and the DON for the care, respect, and love they give my aunt and all the residents.

When the call for help button is pressed it seems to go no where. I'm guessing it just illuminates in a random spot. My father waited 4 hours for bathroom assistance and 3 hours to be moved from bed to chair. This is not how people should be treated. Do better.

My mom has been here twice for PT after spinal injuries; the 1st being 4yrs ago. Each time, PT has been wonderful to work with. The helped to coordinate their schedule with her medicine schedule to ensure optimal timing for therapy. On the days she wasn't feeling well, they have been compassionate & understanding & would come back later; always making sure she got her PT in for the day. Great experience with the nurses who were understanding, helpful, & took the time to explain the medications, the schedule, & when she could ask for more. The meals were geared towards what the kitchen was advised she did & did not like. I will definitely use this facility in the future should it be needed, as well as, recommend to others.

Bolivia has been the life line our family needs. The staff is always helpful and my husband's nurses are angels. They definitely found a calling, not a job. All the time I observe the compassion these nurses have for all the residents in his unit. The CNAs are personable and constantly attending the resident's needs. The maintenance staff cleans constantly, 7 days a week. They clean everything, not just the floors. I know the structure isn't new but it is well cared for. This facility has saved our lives for over a year. I thank God for them every day.
