A year ago my Aunt moved into Clarendale of Mokena and while the transition was not easy for her, the team made all the difference. Moving from her longtime home into a senior living community can be emotional and overwhelming, but the staff showed incredible patience, compassion and genuine care every step of the way.<br>From the very beginning, they took the time to get to know her and our family, understand her needs, and help her feel comfortable and welcome. Since moving in, we have seen her build relationships, become more engaged, and truly call Clarendale home.<br>What stands out most is the people: the team goes consistently above and beyond, treating people with dignity, comfort and respect. Knowing that she is surrounded by caring professionals gives our family tremendous peace of mind. Looking back, what felt like a difficult transition has turned into the best decision for her in this next chapter.

Clarendale of Mokena has been 100% nightmare for my 94 independent mother. She moved in Aug 2025 and had a full Infestation of bedbugs in December wasn’t taken care of until April and she lost everything. Clarendale never stood behind us did not help us and watched my mother lose everything and wouldn’t even let us get the meals out. We could only have one per day we lost everything. Clarendale has had bedbugs in there for several years and never said nothing. You are warned.

There memory care unit is horrible- do not communicate, residents are poorly taken care of no activities to keep residents engaged. Worst place I have ever seen in memory care!
