They don’t offer Advanced Care at all even though they advertise it. They kicked my husband out after one week because they said he needed too much care. They called the emergency fire department and had him sent to the hospital for aggressiveness when he has never in his entire life ever been aggressive at home or at any other facility. They offer no proof of anything except what they say their caregivers say and their caregivers will say anything that they want them to say. I have a recording of their caregiver, completely contradicting what the owner of the facilities said The owners will lie to you about Care and not provide documentation that they are required to by law. It’s a horrible place and I wouldn’t recommend sending your sick dying cat there
