Very friendly. We visited with some of the residents and they were all happy to be living at Alta Vista. Apartments are nicely laid out and good storage. Pleasant surroundings.

Alta Vista Senior Living is the only place to live for seniors wanting to change from home ownership. Most other senior communities are corporately-owned, but Alta Vista is privately-owned. That is the difference between investor-centered, money-hungry administration and resident-centered administration. Alta Vista’s guiding premise is that they are here to serve their residents. I have heard that phrase from many employees. The kindness and service received by them is evident in their actions. Alta Vista seems to have thought of every need a senior might have, and they have found a way to meet each one. My husband and I have lived in four different senior communities, and we have only felt calm and peaceful at Alta Vista.

I truly enjoyed my tour of Alta Vista. Periann, my guide, was delightful I will be returning next week with my caregiver for lunch, to check out the food. Their lease offerings are extremely flexible, and you only pay for what you need. The residents are engaged and active. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
