I'd like to say I am very disappointed with Evergreen Village Prescott. I was a relative of a resident here, and there were multiple things that stood out to me that were very unprofessional. It was dirty, and the staff was rude particularly Alyssa B. I could not think of a worse place to send your loved ones.

My father currently resides at Evergreen & has lived there for the past year. Over the course of the year he’s had a few medical issues arise. The staff has been amazing in caring for him & contacting me to let me know what was going on. There are a few staff members that have stood out in their care & concern for him as well. Alyssa (Director), Bernice (Front desk), Laurin (Head of medical) Janet, Melissa, & Tracy (Med Techs) Lori & Gay (Housekeeping). I am very thankful for these people & am able to sleep better at night knowing he’s being cared for by these people.

We want to thank the Evergreen Team for their care of our late friend during her final years. Her illness was progressive. The care team responded consistently with compassion and respect managing even the most awkward moments with grace. The nurse Health Care Coordinator James was exceptional in his efforts to keep us informed and assistance during several hospital and physical rehabilitation stays at other facilities. When our friend passed away, we were delighted with the number of personal comments and shares by many on the Evergreen Team. They knew her interest and quirks something that could only come from the time and attention they shared with her. We recommend Evergreen wholeheartedly.

We placed my 96 year old mother in Evergreen Prescott in February 2024, after she fell and was unable to return to her home. We have been completely satisfied with every aspect of her care there. The facility as a whole, and here apartment specifically, are like new. The food is excellent with lots of variety. Best, and most importantly, the quality of her care is great. Staff members, from the Executive Director to the nurses, and to the servers, are professional, courteous and friendly. They have made a very difficult transition for my mother much better!

This place and their staff made a tough decision easy. They helped relive my worries and I now feel great about moving forward with this assisted living village.
