Residents are happy overall and the staff is top-notch! High standards of infection control keep residents and staf safe. They have resident based plans and programs. Food is terrific! Management is exceptional and good to the staff. The place is undergoing renovation and will be even more amazing when finished.

Dirty rooms and common areas. Residents sit or lay in their own urine and feces. Medicine miss distributed. Staff unprofessional. Disrespect for patients leaving them in wheel chairs. Forrestview rehab in Everett wa is awful. There is rehab expect stretches they consider full. They give no respect to get better.

Level of care is top notch. Staff is consistently professional, caring, and committed to providing individual care. Very responsive to needs expressed by resident and/or family. Fluidity in placement - provides continuous, uninterrupted placement through changing stages of need. 5 levels of care as well as Assisted Living. Location is rural - very, very peaceful and quiet with adequate and varied grounds. Residents given levels of direct involvement if so desired [i.e.flower boxes, small gardens] Efficient systems for meals, laundry, etc.
