They are neglectful abusive and hang up on you constantly. This place needs to be torn down. They can't answer questions. They stand in the hallway laughing at people in pain. I had to call 911 to have my mother transferred out of there.

Today was our first experience at the Keene Center. But as first impressions go it was a knockout! Everyone was so helpful! Something we haven’t experienced in sometime coming from a Hospital environment. Our reception was warm and inviting. Such a relief for me to know my husband was going to be not only in a professional rehabilitation program but a caring and supportive one. I am going to sleep well this evening knowing this. Thank you Keene Center. Your reputation proceeds you!!! Ronald Doty-Tolaro

My mom was at another nursing care facility in Keene and they were just awful. How would they like to be treated like that? Shame on them. My mom felt very strongly that she wanted to stay in Keene so we found Genesis. It is night and day. At Genesis, they respect her and treat her with dignity. They have been very easy to work with and for the most part the staff have been very friendly and responsive.

My wife, children and I attended a craft fair at Keene Center today. They had residents helping, and they were so happy and excited for the event. The building was welcoming and clean. The staff were helpful and everyone from the community that was selling crafts were having fun. I hope they have more fun events like this coming up. We will definitely attend!

We enjoy doing the Karaoke at your facility. Mostly, having the residents participate with us. Always a great feeling when we leave. Hopefully made a difference in the residents day.
