I want to recognize Tyler in transportation at Cedar Ridge Rehabilitation Nursing Home in Pilot Point, TX. He is consistently kind, patient, and dependable. Tyler goes out of his way to make sure residents feel comfortable and safe during transport, and he always treats everyone with respect and a positive attitude. He is also excellent at coordinating and scheduling doctor appointments, and he does a great job following up with families to keep them informed. That level of communication and attention to detail truly sets him apart. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the people he helps, and that makes a big difference for both residents and their families. Cedar Ridge is lucky to have someone like Tyler on their team. Thank you for the excellent care and service!

Cedar Ridge took very good care of my mother. My dad was there for a number of years and she always said that is where she wanted to go if she had to go to a nursing home. The staff is wonderful and her care was great.

Cedar Ridge Rehabilitation Center is taking excellent care of my dad. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well maintained, but what truly makes the difference is the people. The nurses, aides, and staff are compassionate, attentive, and professional, always treating my dad with dignity and respect. A special thank you to Tiffany, the Director of Business Development, who went above and beyond to communicate with our family, answer questions, and make sure everything was handled smoothly. Knowing my dad is in such caring and capable hands gives our family great peace of mind. We are very grateful for the care he is receiving and we highly recommend Cedar Ridge.
