On a recent visit of family friend staff were terrible to the residents yelling at them and each other. My friend had a large brown stain on her sheet and had not been changed. She said she had not been showered in 4 days but didn't want to tell the staff because she would get yelled at. I flagged down a staff member who looked at me in disgust and said it wasn't her day. Pretty building but staff are rude nor helpful

The staff members are knowledgeable and truly come to work each day with the desire to serve others. My grandmother has been there a little over a year and she likes living at Cross Timbers. Aging is never easy and the staff and leadership team do all they can to accommodate their residents and communicate with family.
