Heaven at Home has been a life saver for our patients and their families on service with Concho Hearts Hospice. As a hospice provider, we rely on strong home care partners to help families receive seamless support. The team at Heaven at Home consistently communicates well, responds quickly to changing needs, and treats patients and families with compassion and dignity. Their caregivers understand the sensitivity of end-of-life care and work collaboratively with our nurses and social workers. When my husband became very ill, we hired Heaven at Home — and I truly don’t know how we would have managed without them. They have supported us in so many meaningful ways, especially with the daily challenges that come with caring for someone who is incapacitated. The practical help alone has been a tremendous relief, but what has impressed me even more is their thoughtfulness and professionalism. Collette and Sarah take the time to meet with me regularly to assess our changing needs. When Collette came to check on us, she had clearly done her homework. She understood David’s specific challenges and arrived prepared with ideas and suggestions for how her staff could better support his therapy goals. That level of preparation and care meant so much to me. I have also been deeply grateful for their excellent communication. I never have to worry about who will be in our home or whether everyone is on the same page. That peace of mind is priceless. I truly cannot say enough good about this group. They have made these past three months not only manageable, but far more doable than I ever imagined during such a difficult season. We are so thankful for Heaven at Home and the compassionate, capable people who serve there.

Stacy and her team are top notch! They invest their time and hearts into their clients and go out of their way for the well-being of every person who receives care from their agency. I have partnered with them as a healthcare provider on a couple of cases and the clients and family members were all highly satisfied with the care they received from Heaven at Home Senior Care.
