The lady in the front reception is so rude for no reason. I delivered an order for a customer she told me very rudely to close the door. I told her I had alot of bags to bring in and asked if someone could hold the door open she proceded to say is needed to keep the door closed. The 30 min drive all the way out here for her to be rude ill be sure to spread the word.

My mom was a resident for ONLY 3 days at this nasty place! She suffered a fall, which wasn't witnessed, even though this so-called skilled nursing/rehab was well aware of her severe dementia. Not only that but just had elbow replacement surgery prior to arriving. HERE'S THE KICKER! MEDICATIONS WERE NOT GIVEN CORRECTLY OR AT ALL!! I could go on and on but I'm too busy focusing on my mama who needs me! I suggest before considering sending your LO there, checked it out first. My mistake I trusted MT. View Hospital, Sadie. What a damn joke MT View and Casa de Oro are!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Extremely caring staff, facility is kept very clean. Beautiful drive out in the pecan orchards to get there. Some people will mention the drive can be a pain, but it is worth it. Residents seem very happy.

My dayghter, Zoe, age 17, brought her Dog Cupid to visit the residents today. Cupidbis a standard Collie, 5 years old. Zoe brought a flip chart to show how to train your dog. The residents enjoyed seeing Zoe demonstrate each command with Cupid: stand, sit, down, up on hind legs and speak. Zoe encouraged Cupid to perform by giving her treats. The residents enjoyed petting Cupid and Cupid enjoyed their attention. The facility was welcoming and the staff greeted us with smiles. We enjoyed our visit and would like to come visit again.
